RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

UP TO 48 HOURS – Items may be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Proof of FedEx delivery needed if it’s a shipped item. Client is responsible for return charges.

UP TO 2 WEEKS – After the 48-hour period. A store credit will be issued if an item is returned within 2 weeks and has clearly not been used. Client is responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive the returned item, a store credit will be issued if the item is in perfect order. If the item has been used we will return it to the client at the clients expense.

After the 2-week period we apologise but we do not accept any returns, and there will be no store credit.
